Believe it or not, it only took one victim in Ukraine to infect computers around the world with the Goldeneye ransomware virus.

What makes Goldeneye so dangerous is that it can spread across a computer network and infect machines that weren't necessarily duped by it.

It's now easier than ever for even the most amateur of criminals to launch these types of attacks thanks to a leaked NSA exploit called Eternal Blue.
