Three New York City police officers surrendered and were charged with felonies Tuesday for an attack on a tattoo³ parlor⁴ worker who authorities say was sodomized with a baton⁵ in a subway station. The incident happened in October. One officer is charged with aggravated⁶ sexual abuse and assault. The two others are charged with hindering prosecution⁷ and official misconduct.

4. You won't have to stay up as late to catch Jay Leno next year. He is going to be on NBC five nights a week at 10 o'clock. He says the new show will have many of the same features, like the monologue⁸, but there will be no desk, because that now belongs to O'Brein.
