1. The girlfriend of a black man who was fatally shot by a Minnesota police officer says the victim, Philando Castile was killed, even though he complied with the officer's instructions.  Diamond Reynolds told reporters Thursday her boyfriend did but what the officer asked him to do, which was putting hands in the air and get out his license¹ and registration². 

2. FBI director Jim Comey told members of congress that the question of intent played heavily into his decision not to charge Hillary Clinton. Comey testified there was no "Gross Negligence³" in her actions regarding her private email system. 

3. Presumptive republican presidential nominee⁴ Donald Trump⁵ met GOP leadership in Washington. His visit is receiving mix reviewed. Trump gives it a thumbs up, although some senators said the meeting was confrontational⁶. 

4. Near Cincinnati, a live-size  noah's ark is finally opened for religious education. 7,000 invited guests toured the park in the preview.
