This is AP news minute. 

1.  20th century Fox says Bill O’Reilly, the Talk Show host dogged by allegations of sexual harassment¹ is out at Fox news. His departure comes just weeks after the New York Times reported that millions of dollars have been paid out to 5 women, who * that behavior, claims the Talk Show host denies. 

2. Authorities in Massachusetts are investigating the apparent suicide of convicted murder of former New England Patriots² Star Aaron Hernandez, who reportedly hanged over himself in the prison cell overnight. His death cast cloud over the Patriot's visit to the White House to celebrate their recent Super Bowl victory. A handful  of players opposed to president Trump³ also boycotted⁴ the event. 

3. Congressman⁵ Jason Chaffetz, key republican who chairs the house oversight⁶ committee says he will not run for reelection in 2018. 

4. At least 11 people are dead after landslides⁷ triggered by heavy winds, struck a mountainous region in Columbia. The tragedy comes less than three weeks after several rivers overflew near Colombia's southern border, leaving more than 300 people dead.
