The talks being,I think this is important bacause it is a marked difference from where we had been.The talks being constructive⁴ and the president appreciates the approach the speaker and others have taken.

American forces captured a key Pakistani taliban leader in eastern Afghnistan. Leader Lati Mosui was part of the group official was responsible for a attempted bombing in Time Square 3 years ago.It took attackes on both Americans and Pakistanies.NPR's Tom Boman has more.

The airforce now says it has fired a 2 star general who have been in charge of the nuclear weapons after investigation¹² of alledged personal misconduct. Official say major general Michael Kerry who oversaw¹³ totally 250 nuclear missiles at 3 bases across the country was let gone the orders of commander of the airforce global strike command.Official say the alledged incident led the Kerry dismissed stil being investigated though they said it does not involve central misconduct.

This year's Nobel peace prize winner,the organization for the probition of chemical weapons has tolled¹⁴ in both of specurity for 16 years at its headquater in Hager.NPR's   reports the head of the OPCW says the agency's new fund fee will be a great boost for the small staff and its goal of rideing the world of chemical weapons.
