The crabbing seasons starts on Tuesday, but the boats can not draw any crab2 parts until they get permits. And the federal employees who were issuing those permits have been furloughed. Crab captain in reality TV star K told the senator C Friday that Americans may lose some of the important Japanese market to Russian crabbers. 
 
"Russian watchers have already learned the uncertainty4 in the Japanese trade press over Alaska supply. The Russian king fishery is unsustainable, unsustainably managed, and subject to a significant amount of power efficiency."
 
The cambers are asking the government to dip into money from fishery fees to bring some employees back on enough to issue the permits.

"The one item that is not in the agreement is the issue of jurisdiction7 for US troops, whether they will be subject to Afghan law or US law for any crimes they may commit in Afghanistan. And that is something that secretary Kerry said, if that is not agreed upon, would still spoil the deal. President Karzai said he is putting that issue to the people of assembly. If they sign off on that and then the issue solved.NPR S."

The internationalcriminal court is signaling a vote of confidence in Libya’s government. It isbacking off an order for Gaddafi of Libya leaders to be extradited to the Hagefor trial. T reports.
 
After months of debates and investigation12, the ICC has decided13 Libya’s jurisdiction system is quick to give a fair trial to A, the post president Gaddafi’s intelligence chief, accused of war crimes. The Libyan government has refused ICC order to transfer A to the Hage, and started its own proceedings14 last month. Now despite of the deteriorating15 security in Libya. the ICC judges has concluded the government institutions and authorities are sufficiently16 competent to manage the process. The ICC is still however seeking extradition17 of Gaddafi’s son/,but he has been hiding northwestern Libya since November 2011 after being captured by rebels who refused to send him to Tripoli.
