Dialogue 1 A:Hello,Mr Chen,this is Samual calling from Hardi Hardware,i'm calling to check the status on our order which was made last April.Can you tell me where our shipment¹ is now?how come we haven't received any communication from you guys about where the containers are?

B:Samual, yes, thank you for calling,i do remember your order,if you wait just a moment,i'll check on the status of the shipment on our computer records.Can you hold just second?

A:Sure,can you please be sured to check who was the last person from our office that contacted you about the shipment.

B:Yes,sir,that's right,as you are told the time you submitted⁸ your order ,production face can take up to three months,but don't worry,your order is scheduled to be began the shipping process next week.
