The next morning is a new chapter. Day two starts with Wilie ushering¹ me straight onto the beach. 

Such a contrast yesterday, walking on the sand at this time of the oceans, this close, whispering a toast. What my magnificent way to start the tour of the walk! The temptation on the beach like this is just too strong to resist.

 

This long and broad span of sand lies 200 kilometers east of Cape² Galas, the southern most tip of Africa and the point which two oceans meet.
