The government believes a work experience program is the way to break the benefits cycle. This employment agency already focuses on finding meaningful placements, getting young people experience so that they can get onto the job ladder.

Main barriers are lack of experience, lack of current work experience. Perhaps not many work references that can stand off when they are applying for jobs, also how to apply for a job. A lot of vehicles just made disengaged, might not finish school, might miss out vital careers, development and guidance that they needed.
