22个月大的"滑水健将"(在线收听

You're so not shy.

When we first met Cole Marsolek, (It will take him a little maybe.) he was still wiping away the sleep, (And he got a good nap.) from his daily afternoon nap.

Keep coming.

It's what you'd expect from a toddler.

You wanna get in the water? Let's get in the water.

This is not.

Yeah, good job, buddy.

Good job, pal.

There aren't a lot of folks on Tainter Lake in Menomonie who can say they caught onto water skiing before they mastered the potty.

Well, it was something that he kind of initiated to us. He had said, you know, ski, ski please, ski. 'Coz he would always watch my husband and I ski.

Well, that makes sense. So you remind yourself, Cole is still a month shy of his second birthday. It helps to come from a water-skiing family though Cole's parents, Chad and Lisa, came to skiing, way later.

She started when she was three.

Cole had tubing down in May, moved to disc skiing with his dad in June.

And that's when Lisa found this training ski on the Internet.

Are you ready? (Yeah.) Say 'go'. Go.

First day we had it, he was up and just loved it, so ever since then, it's been the nightly ritual to go out on the lake.

Despite the attention he draws, today Cole was playing it cool, though he has been known to acknowledge his fans when the mood hits him.

For us, he's just our little boy skiing.

Good job, buddy.

Just like riding a bike, some would say, Cole will have to get back to you on that one.

Good job, let go. You had a good job.
