More than 20,000 people have been rescued as floodwaters cover much of southern Lousiana. At least 4 people have died.

Demonstrations shocked Milwaukee streets for a second straight night, following the police shooting of an armed black man. Some protesters threw rocks and other objects at police. At least one person was shot Sunday night.

Iraqi Kurdish forces retook control of 5 villages after driving out Islamic State militants. US-ld coalition planes supported the Kurdish military operation.

And there are celebrations in Rio after sprinter Usain Bolt won his 3th straight Olympic 100-meter race. He's the first person to ever win that race 3 straight times.
