This is AP news minute. 

1. The Obama administration is accusing Russian president Vladimir Putin of personally authorizing the hacking of democratic party official's emails. The White House also said it is a fact that the hacking helps president-elect Donald Trump's campaign. The Kremlin calls the allegation "Laughable Nonsense". 

2. Russian president Putin is visiting Japan, while there he said he and Turkey's president are trying to broker a new round of peace talks for Syria. 

3. President-elect Donald Trump was in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Thursday, the latest stop of his post-election thank you tour. He has upcoming visits to Alabama and Florida. 

4. The northeastern U.S's caught a deep freeze with low temperature and high winds, bringing the wind chill to 30 below in some places. Wind gust reached 70 miles an hour along lake Ontario in New York state.
