In a 2016 referendum, almost 52 percent of the voters supported brexit, Britain’s exit from the 28-nation bloc, but some of those who voted for brexit aren’t happy with the deal either and demand a vote on it. Our own government has brought back a so-called deal that ties us even more to the European Union, but takes away our representation. It is not brexit at all, and they’re pretending that it is. And so we’re here to highlight the betrayal.

Activists of the movement called People’s Vote say there is a growing support for a referendum on the brexit deal on both sides of the issue. Believers aren’t happy with the deal either; they now realize that they’ve been conned, and they’re getting a deal which they are not happy with it. It doesn’t solve any those issues they voted to leave for, and now believers realize actually it is the UK government is the problem.

Critics say the deal is not beneficial for Britain, and that it is not sufficiently clear on the future of the trading relationship between Britain and the European Union. Many predict it will not win Parliament’s support on Tuesday. Britain’s Brexit Minister Stephen Barclay has acknowledged the possibility, but said a rejection of the deal would be bad for the country’s economy. What I can be clear on is the consequence of the very not going on next would be uncertainty for business, uncertainties of jobs. British Prime Minister Theresa May, a conservative has warned that the parliament’s rejection of her brexit deal could leave Britain in the European Union, and bring the opposition Labor Party to power.
