A Tennessee barber shot himself in the head in front of his town's City Council. Ronald "Bo" Ward killed himself after the council rejected his rezoning application.

A Minnesota mother says she will not ask for financial help to pay a 200, 000-dollar-fine for illegally sharing music online. A judge fined Jammie Thomas for downloading 24 songs. Thomas is the first person to fight online music sharing charges all the way to trial.
