Dialogue 1 A:MR SEMONS,we'd like to discuss further about your transportation needs.well,you mentioned your shipment must be delivery by October 15.we want to assure about your ideas for transportation options.what did you have in mind?

B:Well, i was hoping that you could help us understand more about the transportation options that your company can provide us with.

A:Certainly,we'll be happy to offer more information about transportation.the most effective way to deal with the transportation issues is what most of our customers choose.we can offer a choice between slightly more expensive but faster air transport or less expensive but lower land transport .

B:What is the mean options between the two options?

A:Obviously ,time is expense,it was the most of our clients made the transportation decisions on .air travel will get you merchin insier in four a days ,but at cost 50% higher.land travel can take up to two month,but you save the money in the long run.

B:Isn't there a way you can get our oder to quickly and cheaply?

A:Well, how about this?you can either take the air transportation option and we'll give you a slight discount of about 3% on your order or we'll send your order by land with the 4 15% discount we've discussed before.

B:Um,i think that the air transportation option might be our best bed as this point.

A:Very Well,i'll start the transportation paperwork right away.

Dialogue 2 A:So how would you like to arrange payment?

B:Um what kinds of payment options are available to us as this point?

A:Usually,for an order about the size that you have made, we offer our clients a few different options ,of course,you could always pay the completely amount for your order upfront,and if you decide to take this option ,we could offer you a 5% discount write off the top.

B:Sounds good,100% is a bit much.another option we can offer you is 75% to the payment upfront,with remaining 25% do upon reseat of the order.with the choice,we can give you 2% discount.

A:Yeah.

B:And our final option is 50% payment now,50% upon ? unfortunately with this option,there is no discount available.i'll be happy to help you make arrangements for which ever of the three options is most peeling to you .

A:I'll have to take a little time to consider.but as this point,we are prepared to put 50% down upfront ,we'd like to get a litttle bit discount ,but?

B:We can give you a discount if you go with the first or second options,if you are willing to put a little more into your initial payment.
