环保部督察组报告称 285家企业单位存在环境问题

 　　China's environmental authority found 285 companies in violation¹ of standards during the latest round of air pollution inspection².

　　在最近的一轮空气污染检查过程中，中国环保部门发现，有285家企业违反了环保标准。

　　Inspection teams in 28 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and nearby areas found 285 of 450 companies breaking the rules, the Ministry³ of Environment Protection (MEP) said last Thursday in a statement.

　　上周四，环境保护部在一则声明中表示，京津冀及周边地区的28座城市的督察组，在450家企业中发现有285家违反了规定。

　　A limestone⁴ factory in Beijing's Shunyi district did not have pollution control facilities and seemed to have used some machines that had already been sealed by local authorities, inspectors⁵ found.

　　督察人员还发现，北京市顺义区的一家石灰加工厂没有引进配套污染控制设备，而且可能使用了已经被当地政府查封的机器。

　　In Tianjin, a wooden door maker⁶ was operating with neither environmental permission nor pollution controls.

　　天津市一家木门制造厂既没有环保许可也没有污染防治设施，但当时依然在生产。

　　The inspectors have reported the problems to local authorities for further investigation⁷, the statement said. MEP ordered local authorities to take serious measures against companies with severe violations⁸.

　　该声明中提到，督察人员已经向当地政府汇报了此问题，以便于进一步的调查。环保部也要求当地政府要严肃处理这些严重违反环保标准的公司。

　　Early this month, the ministry announced the year's campaign on air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and neighboring areas.

　　本月月初，环保部门宣布了本年度针对京津冀及周边地区的空气污染治理计划。

　　The share of days with good air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rose by 14.6 percentage points from a year earlier to 66.3 percent in March, even though the share declined in the first quarter, MEP data showed.

　　根据环保部的数据显示，虽然第一季度优质空气质量比重较去年有所下降，但今年三月份，京津冀地区优质空气质量占比达到66.3%，相比去年同期增长了14.6个百分点。
