At least 12 people have been killed in a massive storm which has brought destruction to northern parts of the Philippines. Typhoon Mangkhut tore through the island of Luzon ripping off roofs, bringing down trees and triggering a number of landslides¹. The storm is now moving west towards China with Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan bracing² for impact.
