Former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor has been jailed for 12 and a half years for the shooting death of Sydney woman Justine Damond Ruszyzck. He was convicted of third degree murder when he shot Ms Ruszyzck as she approached his patrol car after she'd called police to report a suspected sexual assault in an alley¹ behind her home in July 2017.
