Taylor needs a new place to live. 泰乐需要找个新地方住，

She isn't getting along² with her roommate³. 她和她的室友处得并不好。

She wants to live in a nice area⁴. 她想住在一个好的区域。

She'll look for apartments⁶ in the newspaper. 她会在报纸上找公寓，

Then Rob⁷ can tell her about them. 然后罗柏可以告诉她那些公寓如何。

She and Rob look at an apartment⁵. 她和罗柏看了一间公寓。

The bedrooms are small, but she can use one for a closet⁸. 卧房都很小，但她可以把其中一间卧房当成衣帽间使用。

She will look in the bathroom next. 她接下来会去看浴室。

Do you want to live in an apartment? 妳想住公寓吗？

Maybe. I'd really like a house. 也许可以。我其实想住透天厝，

But houses are too expensive. 可是透天厝太贵了。

There are many nice apartments around here. 这附近有很多不错的公寓，

For some, the rent¹¹ is less¹ than $1000 a month. 其中有些一个月的房租不到一千美元。

I'd like to rent one in a nice area. 我想在好的区域租一间公寓，

But I don't know the city very well. 可是我对这里不熟。
