Under the new rules, travelers who qualify will be able to visit Cuba without applying for a license¹.

In addition, travelers won't be limited in how much money they can spend while on the Communist-ruled island…and they'll be allowed to use their U.S. credit and debit² cards.

Travelers can also bring back up to 400 worth of goods, including 100 in Cuban cigars or Cuban rum.
