McDonald's is beefing up its menu, adding premium¹ sirloin burgers for a limited time in a bid to revive sales.

Its an upscale one-third-pound patty available in three versions: bacon and cheese, lettuce² and tomato and a steakhouse version with mushrooms, onions and cheddar.
