British Prime Minister Theresa May has announced that she's resigning. She cited her failure to negotiate Britain's exit from the European Union.

President Trump¹ is telling the US intelligence community to cooperate with Attorney General William Barr's investigation² of the Russia probe. Barr is looking into how the investigation of the Trump campaign's alleged³ collusion with Russia began.

Areas of Jefferson City in Missouri remain without electricity, more than a day after a massive tornado⁴. The National Weather Service estimates the twister that hit Missouri's capital city had winds up to 160 mph.

And a number of tornadoes⁵ were reported in the Oklahoma and Texas panhandles Thursday. One very large funnel⁶ cloud was spotted⁷ in far north Texas, near the Oklahoma state line.
