 Barack Obama is the 44 President of the United States of America. He is also the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. He made history in 2008 when he won the U.S. presidential election. He is the first African American to be President. Obama's charisma1, intelligence, and powerful speeches have made him extremely popular with many Americans. He has been very successful with his message for change.

He thanked voters by promising3 to spend his second term honoring their support, saying: "There's a lot more work to do."
