For those with a delicate stomach, the good news is that you can get the better of cheese mites. Keep cheese in the freezer as these mites can't survive at sub-zero temperatures.

Later afternoon, and some familiar faces returned for the evening shift. The head lice back from the busy day drinking blood. And the boys haven't just brought their homework home. These shoes have a dirty secret. They are laced with yet more tiny mites absorbing the moisture from the muddy soil. Despite their tiny size, these mites could potentially be hosts to yet more parasitic² invaders³, such as tapeworms. In the garden, it's playtime, but not for the dog. An ally full of muggers lies in wait, scores of ticks are poised⁴ to attack.
