 　CATTI报名马上就要开始了，你的备考计划也该启程了吧?这几天的两会热词还真不少，真是一波还未学完，一波迅速袭来!话说备考CATTI怎少的了TA们?这些都是必须的!废话不多说，赶紧学起来，学不完就不要打算去考CATTI了~~Part 1

对…予以惩罚( penalize的过去式和过去分词 )； 使处于不利地位

4 fiscal   

adj.财政的，会计的，国库的，国库岁入的

参考例句：

• The government has two basic strategies of fiscal policy available.政府有两个可行的财政政策基本战略。

5 preempt   

v.先发制人；先取

参考例句：

6 frustrated   

adj.挫败的，失意的，泄气的v.使不成功( frustrate的过去式和过去分词 )；挫败；使受挫折；令人沮丧

7 taxation   

n.征税，税收，税金

8 shipping   

n.船运（发货，运输，乘船）

参考例句：

• We struck a bargain with an American shipping firm.我们和一家美国船运公司谈成了一笔生意。
• There's a shipping charge of ￡5 added to the price.价格之外另加五英镑运输费。

9 ethics   

n.伦理学；伦理观，道德标准

参考例句：

• The ethics of his profession don't permit him to do that.他的职业道德不允许他那样做。
• Personal ethics and professional ethics sometimes conflict.个人道德和职业道德有时会相互抵触。

10 residential   

adj.提供住宿的；居住的；住宅的

参考例句：

• The mayor inspected the residential section of the city.市长视察了该市的住宅区。
• The residential blocks were integrated with the rest of the college.住宿区与学院其他部分结合在了一起。

11 actively   

adv.积极地，勤奋地

参考例句：

• During this period all the students were actively participating.在这节课中所有的学生都积极参加。

12 armistice   

n.休战，停战协定

参考例句：

• The two nations signed an armistice.两国签署了停火协议。

13 acrimonious   

adj.严厉的，辛辣的，刻毒的

参考例句：
