　　They won a Game 7 for the 2005 championship, but that victory over Detroit Pistons⁴ was at home. However, Gregg Popovich’s side are confident of becoming just the fourth club to win a Game 7 of the NBA Finals on the road.

　　"We know what we have to do. We know the opportunity we let slip through our fingers. And we’re not going to hang our head and dwell⁵ on that. Tomorrow when that ball goes up, we’ll all be ready." Tim Duncan, San Antonio Spurs Forward said.

　　"The experience of Game 7 in The Finals, it’s a great memory. I think we should be happy about that opportunity to try to make history. It’s a great challenge. We know we can beat them here. We just have to do it again." Tony Parker, San Antonio Spurs Guard said.

　　"I said last year it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, winning my first. Last year don’t even come close to what we’ve gone through in this postseason and in these Finals. So I’ll be there tomorrow night. I’m going to give it my all. I’m going to leave everything on the floor. Whatever happens happens. I’ll be satisfied with that."
