 Twelve days ago the Golden State Warriors¹ were down two games in the conference finals. Their chances of winning the series looked bleak², but the overwhelming consensus³ was that if any team could come back from a 3-1 deficit⁴, it would be the historic 73-9 Warriors, the NBA's defending champs.

But that shorthanded Cavaliers team looks superior to the one getting embarrassed now.
