调查显示 超六成职场人认为跳槽是加薪的有效方法

 　　A survey by China Youth Daily has revealed that 67.1% of people see better pay as the primary incentive¹ when applying for new jobs.

　　《中国青年报》近日开展的一项调查显示，67.1%的人将更好的待遇视为跳槽的主要动力。

　　Of 2,000 respondents, 64.6% said they were considering finding a new job. A total of 65.5% believed job-hopping was an effective way to gain a salary increase.

　　在2000名受访者中，64.6%的人表示正在考虑跳槽，共有65.5%的人认为跳槽是获得加薪的有效方法。

　　According to the survey, those who had worked three to five years were the most willing to change their jobs.

　　根据调查，工作3-5年的人的跳槽意愿最高。

　　About 71.2% of employees with a monthly salary between 15,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan were considering new job opportunities.

　　在月薪1.5万-3万元的职场人中，有跳槽打算的约占71.2%。

　　The respondents also mentioned factors such as difficulties in getting salary rises or promotions², poor working environment and lack of opportunities for self-development as the reasons for them to change jobs.

　　受访者提到，促使他们跳槽的原因还包括加薪或晋升困难、工作环境不好、缺乏自我发展的机会等因素。

　　However, 72.7% said they longed for stable work.

　　不过，72.7%的人表示渴望拥有稳定的工作。

　　About 77.5% said they hoped their employers would create more reasonable systems for salary rises and promotions.

　　约77.5%的人表示希望雇主制定更合理的加薪和晋升制度。

　　Other desires included better management systems and more opportunities to build identities and chances for self-development.

　　其他人的愿望则包括更好的管理系统，更多树立个人身份的机会和个人发展的机会。
