F: you may not want to do everything at the same time?

M: the most immediate³ problem is reducing distribution costs.
F: I agree, let’s do our homework on distribution firms.
M: Once that’s underway , we can focus on the suppliers.

F: right ,to see if we progressed.

F: and if the assembling speeds up.
M:the first time around, everything may not work out.
