M: No long-term commitment to me?
F: no, their commitment is to the investors¹.
M: You’ve mentioned a third source of funding.
F: Right , a joint² venture.

F：there are a lot of advantages to have a partner.
M: sure, I can give some other company a fort hold in my market.

M：I would grow a lot fast.

F: You worked hard to build it up.
M:I’ve taken a lot of risks. I’ll take a few more.
