Dialgoue 1 A:MR JOHNS, I received the price list that your secretary sent last week, i was hoping to discuss the quotations¹ that you give us for Electric Converd Models.we were planning on making substantial size to order of this units,somewhere in the neighborhood 500 growth.let's talk about what kinds of fees you can give us.

B;Certainly,i'll be happy to start price negotiation² for your order,i'm glad you have received our list and reviewed it.i hope our price list was attractive to you ,of course,we'll be willing to give you a discount of our list price.

A:That would be highly appreciate,with the number of units we plan to order,this is to be expected.what kind of discount did you have in mind?

B:Generally,it depends on the size of your order,the amount discount we can offer.for the amount you have indicated,we are prepared to put forward 8% discount of the listed price.MIS WIN,are you still on the line?

A:Yeah,i'm here,i hear you .

B;Well,if 8% is not quite acceptable ,i might be able to manage upto 10% discount .

DIalogue 2 A:Let me see a fine hearing things correctly,so far,we've agreed on per uint cost of 2 dollars 75 cents with each container price to go for 150 dollars .

B:Yes,this price is acceptable,but we need to discuss shipping³ cost and options,if we are paying your price of 150 dollars per container ,what about the transportation ,are we stalk with that too?and insurance what can you offer me in the way of transportation support?

A:What i am hearing is that you would like to have a further discount taking into account transportation costs and insurance fees.is that correct? i can understand your concern,but the price we've discussed and agreed upon is what we are prepared to offer it this time.perhaps we can renegotiate the terms if the things we have agreed upon so far still don't meet your needs.

B:No,but what we need to discuss is how the transportation issues we'll figure into our costs
