F: I’m very impressed with Direct computers,Mr.Stentn.
M: Thanks , we’ve worked hard to build up our business.
F: Why is Direct computer so sucessfully?
M: We customize computers for individual customers.
F: Customizing computers for individual customers is a unique concept.
M: it sure is, We make exactly the computer a customer wants.
F: each computer you make is different.
M: each computer is customized to the needs of the particular user.
F: If I want a computer with all the bells and whistles?
M: whatever you want, we’ll make a custom-made computer just for you.
Q: What does Direct computers do?
A: Customize computers for individual users.

Specify
F: Where do I find your products? Where’re you retail outlets?
M: You order directly from us.
F: Directly? How do I specify what I want?
M: 3 ways, by phone, by fax or by Internet.(排比)
F: I don’t get to see the product?
M: You spec it, we make to your specifications.
F: So I spec it and you send directly to me?
M: and we send it In 5 days.another reason we are so sucessful.
F: And if I am satisfied?
M: Satisfaction guarateed or your money back.

A: by phone, by fax or by Internet.

F: What if I have a problem with my computer? What if there is a bug in my operating system.
M: We don’t sell out computers with problems, we tested everything.
F: but there is usually some technical problem.
M: customers have 3 options, send it back ,call our helpline or contact the field technician .
F: What is your turnaround time(维修所需时间)?
M: we fix the problem and we return it to you in 2 days.
F: What about on site help for small technical problems?
M: We have technician around the country who come to your office.
F: I always seem to have problems at midnight.
M: our helpline is available 24 hours a day 7days a week.
Q: When can customers return their computers?
A: When there is a problem.
