  House Republican leaders today send President Obama what they are calling a "bold counter-offer" end up heading of severe spending cuts that across the board tax increases on January 1st. As NPR's David Welna explains the White House has already rejected the GOP's proposal.
  Shortly after GOP leader sends the letter to the president outlining their counter-proposal on deficit2 reduction, the White House put out the statement saying the plan does not meet the [tax]? of balance, because it lowers the tax rates for the wealthy and sticks the middle class with the bill. In their offer, House Republicans [flat]? they will reject raising any tax rates on the wealthy as President Obama would do, and instead promise additional tax cuts [overall]? raising 800 billion dollars and additional revenue over the next decade and waste that are not specified3. Republicans say their plan is based on comments made by Erskine Bowles, coauthor of the Bowles-Simpson Deficit Reduction Plan, but Bowles says what they are offering is not his plan and edge both sides to give some ground.   Opponents of Egypt's President will again take to the streets Tuesday to condemn4 a set of controversial decrease and a plan vote on a constitution. NPR's Leila Fadel reports the march to the presidential pals5 has been dubbed6 "The Final Warning".
  Outside the palace, security was bolstered7 in advance of the planned protest. The third mass demonstration8 since president Mohamed Morsi's decrease which put him above jurisdiction9 oversight10. The opposition11 has unified12 in an unprecedented13 manner against his decisions and the plan [refer random14 on his three draft constitution]?. The document was adopted on Islamic majority body with the popular mandate15. Today, several newspapers ran covers with the words "No to Dictatorship". At least 11 independent newspapers were suspend publication tomorrow in solidarity16 with the Anti-Morsi protest, and at least three privately17 owned channels won't broadcast.   [… ground]? on more new projects in October, the []? says construction spending was up 1.4%, posting its biggest gain since the Spring. Spending on new home construction, the biggest part of that rose 3%. PNC economist20 Stuart Hoffman says the recent storm that hit US could mean more building in coming months.

  President Obama is taking Israel [attacks] to the plan construction of new settlements in the West Bank. State department today saying such plans are specially28 damaging the prospects29, for resumption that was really Palestinians peace talks. Israel Friday announced plans to build 3000 settler homes in the West Bank and east Jerusalem on territory the Palestinians have claimed that was theirs to punished Palestinians []? a recognition. State department official says that both sides should stop taking actions that hurt ongoing30 peace efforts.
  The coauthor of the best-selling book "Three Cups of Tea" has died in an apparent suicide. David Oliver Relin cowrote the 2006 memoir31 with Greg Mortenson about building schools in Afghanistan. As NPR's Neda Ulaby reports he died November 15th at Portland, Oregon at the age of 49.
  Relin had apparently32 suffered from depression [while coping with the follow..]? after parts of "Three Cups of Tea" were exposed as fraudulent on the CPS News Shows 16 Minutes last year. He hired a lawyer to protect himself against the federal lawsuit33. The authors and publishers were accused to deceiving readers to boost sales and donations. Relin have long published heart-warming stories for magazines such as []. They are often focused on children set in the developing world. Details of Relin's death has not yet been made public. His second book about doctors performing [] surgeries in the third world is scheduled to be published in February. Neda Ulaby, NPR News.
  Presidents of rain worry California aren't going to get much of a break. The national weather services says after series of wit windy storms, more bad weathers are on the way. [] significant range which were expected to hit parts of California bringing with it another five inches of rain in some spots. [Some official says latest] it won't match the 15-20 brought last week.
