Mastering a skill may be easy, but to excel in many fields is quite a challenge.

But Chinese pop star Wang Yibo is such a versatile² person.

This summer the 22-year-old won many hearts for his performance in the web series The Untamed, which came to an end on Aug 7.

Unlike most period dramas, the series focuses on the brotherhood³ between the two male leads played by Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo.

On the show, Wang plays a hero who seems to be cold-hearted, but is actually very kind and righteous.

Despite his recent achievement in acting⁴, Wang was previously⁵ best known for being a member of the Chinese-South Korean boy group UNIQ.
